Currently under construction near the Clark Fork River is a 4300 square foot home.  This home is situated in such a mannar as to minimize environmental impact on the wetland yet provide maximum view and access to the river.  Taking into account the climate of the area, SIPS panels are used to maximize heating efficiencey.

Hand sewn post and beams, skip sawn white oak floors, and  Sierra Pacific push out casement windows with their old world style bring the feel of the surrounding area to the indoor living space.  While the Konecto flooring in the basement continues this natural wood appeal, it provides the easy maintance of vinyl.

A project we are thrilled with is this rustic log home in the woods.  Still in the building stage, the logs in this project are all beautifully hand hewn.  With the use of all natural materials such as slate and wood floors, this home will create an authentic log home feel but provide warmth with radiant floor heat and a majestic wood burning fireplace.  It is truly the Montana dream home.

This magnificent home features beautiful views of the Missoula Valley.  A stamped and stained front porch, and boulder landscaping set the stage of what this house displays.  Timber beams run throughout the entry and into the Great Room.  A rustic iron-faced fireplace warms up the room and creates a relaxing feel for this Montana home. 

Edgell Building is currently working on a project in the Historic University Area.  This beautiful Craftsman style home will feature characteristics taken from the early 1900s.  With a wrap around covered porch, the exterior will consist of stately columns and authentic looking brick pillars and chimney.  The interior will showcase extensive woodwork and wainscot throughout this home.
