Development is an increasing part of the Company today. Developments that Edgell Homes has been involved with include, Prospect in Grant Creek, Orchard Park in Lolo, Bentley Park in Missoula, and Mission Bay in Polson. Currently, Edgell Homes is involved in the construction of Hellgate Meadows and Windsor Park.
